2 other things that I wanna make note of real quick:
- Weighed in this morning at 215lbs. I've hit my mark weeks ahead of schedule, but I'm going to continue my same diet & exercise routine. With any luck, my weight will keep dropping & I might even have a shot at sliding into the Heavyweight division (189-202lbs).
- Tomorrow begins Week 5, aka BOOT CAMP! 22 classes in 6 days, plus lots of sleep in between! Tomorrow's a bit funky, because I actually still have to go to work, so I'll be getting up for the 6am class, going to work, then hitting the gym for the 3 night classes, coming home to crash, & then getting up around 5:30am to hit Tuesday's early class, as well. I fully expect that to be a decidedly rough class!!
